Certified Healthcare Trainer and Facilitator (CHTF)™
The Certified Healthcare Trainer and Facilitator (CHTF) certification is a professional credential designed for individuals responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training and development programs in healthcare settings. As the healthcare industry continuously evolves with advancements in clinical practices, digital tools, patient safety standards, and compliance regulations, skilled trainers are essential to equip healthcare workers with up-to-date knowledge, skills, and competencies. The CHTF program prepares professionals to lead impactful, learner-centered training initiatives that improve staff performance, clinical outcomes, and organizational effectiveness.
