Registration Process of AIBM and its Allied institutions

1. Visit the AIBM website (aibm.us).

  • Go to www.aibm.us to explore available courses and certification programs.

2. Navigate to the “Registration and Membership” section.

  • Fill out the Enquiry Form available on the website with your basic details and course of interest.

3. Interaction with Admission Officer

  • An admission officer will connect with you to discuss your educational background, professional goals, and help you select the most suitable program.

4. Application Form Submission

  • Once the course is finalized, the admission officer will share the Application Form.

  • Complete the Registration Form with the following details:

    • Full Name (First Name, Middle Name, Last Name)
    • Gender
    • Date of Birth
    • Nationality
    • Email Address
    • Contact Number (Mobile/Phone)
    • Mailing Address (Street Address, City, State/Province/Region, ZIP/Postal Code, Country)
    • Desired Certification Program

5. Payment of Fees

  • Make the payment for the selected program using the available options:

    • Credit/Debit Card
    • PayPal
    • Bank Transfer
    • Tabby

6. Submission of Documents

  • Submit the following mandatory documents along with the signed Course Fee Policy:

    • Proof of Payment
    • Curriculum Vitae (CV)
    • Education Certificates
    • Identity Proof (Passport/ID Card) Experience

7. Access to Learning Portal

  • After payment confirmation, you will receive an email containing:

  • A link to the Program Suitability Questionnaire (To evaluate whether a candidate’s background, experience, and goals match the certification program they are applying for.)

8. Login Credentials

  • Within 10 days of submitting the questionnaire, you will receive an email with your Learning Portal Login Credentials.

9. Access to Study Resources

  • Log in to the Learning Portal to access:

    •  Study Material
    •  Course Resources

10. Course Completion & Exam Request

  • After completing the course, request your exam by clicking the Exam Request Link provided in the portal. (credit/debit card, PayPal, bank transfer, etc.).
  • Exams are scheduled for the upcoming Saturday.

11. Certification

  • Upon successful completion of the exam, you will receive your Certificate within 10–15 working days.

Membership Process at AIBM:

Policy on Associate and Fellow Membership of AIBM and its Allied Institutions

Introduction

The American Institute of Business and Management (AIBM) and its allied institutions offer professional memberships to recognize individuals who demonstrate commitment to professional development in business and management. Membership is categorized into two levels:

 – Associate Membership (AMAIBM)

 – Fellow Membership (FMAIBM)

Associate Membership (AMAIBM)

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for Associate Membership (AMAIBM), an applicant must:

  • Hold a relevant professional certification by completing training and assessment

  • Demonstrate professional experience in the field of Certification

  • Commit to continuous learning and professional development.

Membership Number & Certification

  • Upon approval, the member will be issued an Associate Membership Number (e.g., AMAIBM1324).

  • The corresponding Certification Number will also be assigned (e.g., 1324).

  • The membership remains valid as long as the member complies with AIBM’s ethical and professional standards.

Fellow Membership (FMAIBM)

Eligibility Criteria

  • A candidate may apply for Fellow Membership (FMAIBM) after a minimum of three (3) years of being an Associate Member, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Have made significant contributions to the profession

  • Have demonstrated leadership and impact in their respective field.

  • Maintain a consistent record of professional development.

  • Apply for review by the AIBM Membership Committee with fees of USD 150

Membership Number & Certification

  • Upon approval, the member will receive a new Fellow Membership Number (e.g., FMAIBM2376).

  • The previous Associate Membership Number will be archived, and the new Fellow Membership details will supersede it.

Application Process

  • Step 1: Applications for Associate and Fellow Membership must be submitted with supporting documents, including qualifications, professional achievements, and relevant experience.

  • Step 2: The AIBM Membership Committee will review applications and make the final decision.

  • Step 3: Membership approval is subject to adherence to AIBM’s code of conduct and professional ethics.

MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL & COMPLIANCE

  • Associate and Fellow Members are expected to uphold the highest professional and ethical standards.

  • Membership status may be revoked in cases of misconduct or failure to comply with AIBM’s policies.

  • AIBM reserves the right to update or modify the membership structure as necessary.
