How to Apply
Step 1 – Submit an Enquiry
Fill in the Center Approval Enquiry Form to express your interest.
Step 2 – Receive Your Application Pack
Our team will share the Center Approval Application Pack and guide you through the process.
Step 3 – Submit Documents & Fees
Complete the application form, attach the required documents, and pay the center approval fee.
Step 4 – Application Review
We may request additional information or arrange an approval visit to verify your facilities and processes.
Step 5 – Approval & Certification
Once approved:
- You’ll receive an AIBM Center Agreement for signature.
- We’ll issue your Official Approved Center Certificate.
- Your institution will be added to the global directory of approved AIBM Centers.
Annual Center Renewal
Approved status is valid for one year. To continue offering AIBM programs, centers must renew annually and demonstrate compliance with AIBM’s quality standards.

Typically, within 2 weeks of submitting a complete application.
Absolutely. Once approved, you can deliver a full portfolio of AIBM certifications.
Centers that fail to renew lose their Approved Center status and are removed from the official directory.
