Ceritified Lean Six Sigma Logistics Management Professional (CLSSLMP)
The Certified Lean Six Sigma Logistics Management Professional (CLSSLMP) professional certification program is designed to provide individuals with the skills and knowledge necessary to optimize logistics operations and eliminate waste. The program covers various aspects of logistics management, including the importance of logistics and supply chain management, logistics wastes, the logistics bridge model, and discipline for logistics optimization. Through this program, individuals will learn to apply Lean Six Sigma principles to logistics operations, reduce costs, increase efficiency, and improve customer satisfaction.
Certification Program Objectives:
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of Lean Six Sigma Logistics concepts and principles.
- Learn the importance of Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
- Identify different types of wastes in logistics operations, including inventory, transportation, space and facilities, time, packaging, administration, and knowledge.
- Understand the Logistics Bridge Model and its components, including asset flow, information flow, financial flow, and predictability, stability, visibility, collaboration, and systems optimization capabilities.
- Develop discipline for logistics optimization, including collaboration and project management, horizontal and vertical integration, and cost and variability reduction.
- Apply Lean Six Sigma Logistics methodologies and tools to optimize logistics operations and supply chain performance.
Certifying Examination:
- To be certified as CLSSLMP, student should take up a 1.5 hours exam at the designated examination centers.
- The qualifying exam would consist of 50 multiple choice questions, testing core certification modules.
- Professionals with relevant experience and other qualifying criteria may be exempted from the examination.
