Certified Human Resource Manager (CHRM)

The Certified Human Resource Manager (CHRM) program is a comprehensive course covering six essential modules in human resource management. These modules include Human Resource Strategy, Training & Development, Compensation Management, Advance Human Resource Management, Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Strategies, and Employee Engagement and Retention Strategies.

Participants in the CHRM program will learn practical skills and knowledge necessary to manage human resources effectively and ethically. Certification Objectives:

Certifying Examination:

  • To be certified as CHRM, student should take up a 1.5 hours exam at the designated examination centers.
  • The qualifying exam would consist of 50 multiple choice questions, testing core certification modules.
  • Professionals with relevant experience and other qualifying criteria may be exempted from the examination.
