Certified Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Professional (CRTAP)
The Certified Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Professional (CRTAP) is a certification course designed to equip HR professionals with the skills and knowledge to effectively identify and attract top talent to their organization. The course covers talent acquisition strategy development, sourcing and attracting top talent, candidate assessment and selection techniques, and employment law compliance in recruitment processes. Participants will learn how to optimize recruitment processes, reduce time-to-hire, and build a strong and diverse talent pool for their organization.
Certification Program Objectives:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of talent acquisition strategy development and its importance in building a strong and diverse talent pool.
- Learn how to effectively source and attract top talent through a variety of methods, including social media, job boards, and employee referrals.
- Discover how to assess and select candidates through various methods, including behavioral and competency-based interviews.
- Understand the importance of employment law compliance in recruitment processes, including equal employment opportunity and anti-discrimination laws.
Certification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5 years of work experience in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
Certifying Examination:
- To be certified as CRTAP, student should take up a 1.5 hours exam at the designated examination centers.
- The qualifying exam would consist of 50 multiple choice questions, testing core certification modules.
- Professionals with relevant experience and other qualifying criteria may be exempted from the examination.
