Certified Residential Manager (CRM)

The Certified Residential Manager (CRM) certification course is designed to equip property managers with the skills and knowledge necessary to effectively manage residential properties. The course covers topics such as property maintenance, tenant relations, lease administration, and financial management. Participants will learn how to optimize property operations, reduce costs, and improve tenant satisfaction.

Certification Program Objectives:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of property maintenance and repair management to ensure the upkeep of residential properties.

Certification Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5 years of work experience in Residential Management

Certifying Examination:

  • To be certified as CRM, student should take up a 1.5 hours exam at the designated examination centers.
  • The qualifying exam would consist of 50 multiple choice questions, testing core certification modules.
  • Professionals with relevant experience and other qualifying criteria may be exempted from the examination.
