Certified Supervisor (CS)
The Certified Supervisor (CS) program is a comprehensive training designed to equip individuals with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in the role of a supervisor. Certification Program Objectives:
Upon successful completion of the Certified Supervisor (CS) program, participants will achieve the following objectives:
- Foundations of Supervision: Grasp the foundational principles of supervision, including the roles and responsibilities of a supervisor, effective communication, and team dynamics.
- Leadership and Team Management: Acquire skills in leading and managing teams, fostering collaboration, and enhancing team performance.

Certification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
And/or
- 2 – 5 years of relevant work experience
Certifying Examination:
- To be certified as CS, student should take up a 1.5 hours online exam conducted by AIBM.
- The qualifying exam would consist of 50 multiple choice questions, testing core certification modules.
- Professionals with relevant experience and other qualifying criteria may be exempted from the examination.
