Certified Warehouse Manager (CWM)
The Certified Warehouse Manager (CWM) course is designed to provide individuals with the knowledge and skills required to effectively manage a warehouse.
The course covers a range of topics, including the role of a warehouse manager, key warehouse processes, picking strategies and methods, and warehouse management systems (WMS). Participants will gain an understanding of the responsibilities involved in managing a warehouse, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
The course will also cover different picking strategies and methods. Participants will learn about the use of WMS and how they can improve warehouse operations, including inventory tracking, order fulfillment, and data analysis. By completing the CWM course, individuals will be equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to manage a warehouse effectively and optimize its operations for greater efficiency and profitability.

- 2 – 5 years of relevant work experience
Certifying Examination:
- To be certified as CWM, student should take up a 1.5 hours online exam conducted by AIBM.
- The qualifying exam would consist of 50 multiple choice questions, testing core certification modules.
- Professionals with relevant experience and other qualifying criteria may be exempted from the examination.
