1. Can you tell us a little about yourself and your job in healthcare?

I am currently working as a Quality Improvement Nurse in Care Medical Malaz, Saudi Arabia. Before that, I served as a staff nurse in the Medical-Surgical Unit, Long-Term Care Unit, Respiratory-Isolation COVID Unit, and the Nursing Administrative Office. It has been a milestone journey that called for continuous development, and I knew early on that career advancement would require gaining certifications to help me grow professionally.

2. Why did you take CHQP and CPMS?

I decided to take the CHQP certification in 2024 because of my eagerness for career growth. Then in the first quarter of 2025, I took another step forward and pursued CPMS, believing that having more credentials would strengthen my CV and help me reach a broader professional horizon.

3. How was your learning experience with AIBM?

My experience with the American Institute for Business & Management (AIBM) was a combination of challenges and support. It was tough managing my time between work and study, but AIBM made the process easier. Their team was approachable and supportive, and their efforts helped me get through each class session and exam with more ease.

4. What did you learn, and how has it helped your job?

Taking these certifications gave me a fuller understanding of healthcare quality concepts and strategies. The practices I had already been doing as a Q.I. Nurse suddenly became clearer, and what once felt uncertain turned into confidence. I feel much more capable and empowered in my role now.

5. What did you like most about the courses?

The platform was easy to use, and the learning tools were very helpful. The modules were well-prepared and focused on what professionals truly need to understand — especially those like me with a busy schedule.

6. What happened after completing the certifications?

The “wider horizon” I dreamed of truly became real. I received job offers from companies that wanted me on their team. Organizations invited me to be a guest speaker on quality topics. And most importantly, I now carry myself with a new level of confidence. I wear “Quality” proudly wherever I go — it’s now part of my identity.
